Hello from Florida!
Guys I can personally let you know that after months of cold and dreary weather, a few days soaking in the sunshine down south has really put a pep in my step. It’s amazing how quickly your mood can turn around when you aren’t layered up in 3 different sweaters.
Since we are only a week away from the Easter holiday, I’m staying in Chicago this year, and I thought I’d share my Easter Sunday outfit with all of you. I’m currently embracing monotone outfits and this head to toe neutral outfit goes perfectly with a pop of pastel.
Who says you can’t wear white before Memorial Day? Does anyone actually follow those old school fashion rules anymore?
It’s a white party with this white lace midi skirt, I’ve had it for years and this outfit is my most popular post to date, paired with a simple white ballet tee that I picked up from Target last year. It’s still available and on super sale at the moment! How do you guys feel about Target’s A New Day line? The sizing has been throwing me off lately and I think I might just give up on it all together.
Since Easter and “pastel” go hand in hand like baskets and eggs, I topped off the whole look with this faux suede blush colored moto jacket. It comes in a few colors and is under $40, a total score.
So what is everyone else up to this week? Anyone else taking a “spring break” and heading south? As for me, I’ll be sharing more of my family vacation with you on Instagram stories so make sure to follow along!
