If there is one item that has been my saving grace this winter season, it’s been this red long sleeve dress that I picked up last fall. I love it so much, that I ended up ordering the same exact dress in another color.
How often do I wear this dress? Well let’s just say that one of my co-workers at work recently called it my “Monday” dress….
I picked up this dress from Lulus for under $100 and between the long sleeves and thicker jersey fabric, it’s been a great throw and go dress for those mornings I don’t have a ton of time to get ready but need to keep warm due to the frigid temperatures. If you haven’t noticed, I’m not really into pants and long sleeve dresses are the only thing getting me through this winter season.
On another note, I feel like I finally hit the holy grail when I found these Journee Collection over the knee boots a few weeks ago. They are under $100 and they best part, they comfortably fit my large calves. As someone that has struggled for years to find boots that fit her wide calfs (seriously, the “wide calf” boots are still too small for me), I almost cried when I tried these on.
You can’t beat the price on these either ($60!) and I couldn’t recommend the quality enough. They’ve taken a bit of a beating from me over the holidays and you wouldn’t be able to tell!
