Double Duty // Side Tie

The under $100 side tied dress from ASOS that's perfect for the workplace

As many of you guys may have noticed, I have a thing for little black dresses. As many fashion magazines have reiterated, a classic little black dress is worth the investment and should be in every single woman’s closet.

I on the other hand, love having a wardrobe filled with black dresses. Each of mine are unique in their own way, from colorful embroidery, to pretty collared ones, and even a black dress with some cut out flair; I love them all. So when I picked up this new side tie black dress from ASOS last week for $30(!!!), I knew it was a keeper.

The flattering faux wrap dress, thanks to the built in side tie belt that let’s you adjust has become my favorite dress to wear to the office. If you work at a more conservative office environment, throw on a neutral cropped blazer for a more polished look. If you are heading out for dinner and drinks that night, a few colorful accessories easily dress down this look in a fun way.

Thankfully we had one nice day, almost 50* degrees in January this week and I was able to take my new dress out for a spin. I’m currently loving the fact that I haven’t pull on tights all week; which has been a nice reprieve from the bitter cold we’ve been experiencing as of late.

While unfortunately temperatures are coming down again later this week, I look forward to re-styling this dress in the early spring.

So tell me – are you guys fans of black dress? If so, link your favorite below!
