With the weather in Chicago cooling down lately, I’m slowly coming to realize that summer is almost over. Part of me worries I let summer just fly by without accomplishing much of anything, but when I step back and think about it this summer brought – a new apartment, a new job, my first trip to Latin America, and a trip to Europe. I guess i did more than I originally thought!
I’m making the most of these last few weeks of summer too, but spending as much time outdoors as possible. For those of you that have been following along for a while, you may have noticed that I have this thing for florals and flowy dresses.
So when I saw this Mango floral wrap dress on super sale, I scooped it quickly! Wrap dresses have to be the most flattering dress style for any woman out there. Between the Hawaiian palm and orchid print and traditional wrap style, this dress has quickly become a wardrobe favorite. I even packed it to wear in Paris and Barcelona this week. Psst… The dress runs larger to size, so I’m wearing a small in these photos!
I originally wore this dress out to my BFF’s birthday dinner out in Evanston. The night cooled down considerably and I was glad I grabbed my go to denim jacket to keep me warm.
Some nights you just have to keep it simple and go with what you know. I’m just a flouncy florals dress kind of gal.
