1. A Weekend in Madison
A few years ago I made a weekend trip with some friends to Madison, Wisconsin. Touring the farmers market was amazing and a simple floral sun dress from Old Navy paired with a denim jacket is a classic combo.
2. SPRING FLING
During the summer months, Chicago come alive with one of my favorite events during the year is the Movies in the Park lineup. I like to keep things casual on those movie nights is to pair my flared skirt with a pair of comfortable Sperry’s. Top it off with a denim jacket to keep you warm and you are all set for some summer fun.
3. DENIM // WHITE JEANS
A twist on the Canadian tuxedo – white denim jeans, a classic blue and white striped tank, and a denim jacket make for the perfect weekend outfit. Keep thing simple and all American with a nude colored sandal.
4. A CHICAGO SUMMER IN COLOR
I’m a huge fan of mixing color and prints, but sometimes it can see like it can be too much. Throw on your jacket to bring your whole outfit together.
5. DENIM JACKET FOR FALL
A polka dot dress is a classic wardrobe staple that every woman should own in her closet. Don’t put it away this fall season, just throw a jacket on top and your ready to hit the farmers market.
6. EMBRACING YOUR INNER BLOSSOM
I’m always running around the city and to keep up with the fast pace of Chicago, I’m always wearing my Sperry’s. To make sure I can go from errands to rooftop drinks in a flash, a pretty floral dress keeps me stylishly casual.
