Palm Print in the City

How to find a palm print dress for under $100

Hey guys, it’s been a while. –

Life has been a bit of a blur these past few weeks and to be honest, I just haven’t been feeling like myself lately. Between the massive mood swings in the weather, if it rains one more day…., to the general flurry of activity that takes places in the spring season, I’ve found very little time to myself. Anyone else dealing with a funky mood?

If you are as well, let me share one piece of advice that was recently shared with me.

“Each day wake up and embrace today. For yesterday is not today, and today is not tomorrow”

On a happier note, the sunshine finally came out yesterday and after a period of non-stop rain, it was a welcome treat. I originally had no plans for the weekend, however I was happy to grab brunch with Sam and her family (baby Elle was the best date ever) at a new to me restaurant on Randolph’s restaurant row – Forno Rosso. You guys the food was delicious and it made me look forward to coming back this summer to take advantage of their large patio for a glass of frozé. I think i’m just looking forward to patio season in general to start in Chicago.

I also took advantage of the slightly warm weather and pulled out this palm print skater dress that arrived a few weeks ago. It’s available from my favorite British clothing brand, Closet London, and I scooped up this pretty dress for under $100! Since it’s just been hanging out in my closet, shut away because the rain, I thought it was the perfect time to pull it out and add some palm print to the city. I feel the most like myself in a classic cinched skater dress and sandals.

So how do you guys feel about palm print? Do you plan to make the most of this trend this summer?

      HI Selina,

They are from Sole Society however I don’t believe that they are available anymore. They do have a similar pair available on their website!
