Hello Monday! I rarely get excited on Monday mornings but since today is a holiday and I’m off from work, I’m celebrating. Chicago has really been showing off these past few days with the most amazing spring like weather. This must be what it feels like to live on the West Coast for the majority of the year and I must say that I could definitely get use to this type of weather year-round.
What I’ve been most excited about is pulling out my favorite spring pieces and making the most of the long weekend. I picked up this Zara bell sleeve blouse last week and I’ve already become obsessed with it. If you haven’t notice yet, I’m embracing the bell sleeve trend. I secretly think that I was meant to have lived in the 70’s; I’m the biggest fan of most of the 70’s trends that have seen a renaissance this past year.
For those of you that are looking for something different to do on date night this month, check out Refuge Theatre Project’s production of High Fidelity. If you follow me on Instagram, you noticed that Peggy & I saw the show last night and thought it was amazing! The best part is that you can BYOB to the show.
So what did you guys do this long weekend? I’m working on my spring bucket list and I need some ideas!
