The summer of weddings – that’s what I’ve officially dubbed the summer of 2015. This past season I’ve seen a few of my closest friends and family get married and I was more than happy to celebrate alongside them.
A few weeks ago this black and white floral dress caught my eye at Zara. I absolutely loved how the color blocking and floral print made for such a unique dress. The A-line style made it the perfect dancing dress (no wardrobe malfunctions here) for a wedding I attended two weeks ago.
With New York Fashion Week currently taking place, I’ve been glued to my computer screen taking in all the trends of the runway shows. I’m thrilled that moody florals are here to stay for the next season.
// P.S. If anyone needs a good laugh on what it’s really like to attend NYFW, Hallie is probably one of the best writers/bloggers on the subject! //
As the weather starts to get chilly in Chicago, I’m planning to transition this dress to a more fall appropriate outfit. Think opaque tights, suede booties, and a killer moto jacket. If anyone is planning a party, I’ve clearly got a killer outfit!
Oh, If you are on the market for a pair of the most comfortable neutral pumps in the world, these Anne Klein “Wrenn” pumps have been my go to shoe for the last 8 weddings. Including the three weddings I was a bridesmaids; seriously so comfy!
