Boho Gardens

boho fall outfit, boho style, floppy hat, wool floppy hat

These past few months I’ve found myself really getting settled and loving absolutely everything about my new neighborhood. After 2 years of living in Lakeview, I finally made the switch to Lincoln Park and I couldn’t be happier. My apartment is surrounded by parks, ponds and just down the streets is the zoo. Whenever I feel the anxiety and frustration of my day start to build up, I’ve made it a habit to get out of my apartment and walk down the street to visit the Lincoln Park Alfred Caldwell Lilly Pool. The serene pond is surrounded beautiful rocks, lush trees and a small gazebo which is my absolute favorite place to unwind.

I like to be comfortable and unencumbered  when I’m walking around Lincoln Park and this past weekend’s warm temperatures allowed me to keep things simple with just a button down blouse and boot cut jeans. Since there was still a bit of a chill in the air, I grabbed my floppy hat to keep the wind from blowing my hair all over the place. It only took me two months but I finally found a floppy hat that fit my small head! Yay!
